Shipping Policy

LovePrelovedCo ships orders from the United States via UPS or FEDEX with signature required (customer preference at checkout )
Domestic orders come with standard rates. Once an order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and your location, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Please note that transit delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing are beyond our control.
**We offer standard flat-rate shipping on all orders. May ranges from $7.25 to $19.25, depending on the value of your item and your location.
For oversized items, discounted standard shipping is available for $25
**Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax laws.
This applies to orders shipped within the U.S. in states where LovePrelovedCo is required to collect tax.
**For added security, all orders valued over $100 are shipped with additional insurance and require a signature upon delivery.
This helps ensure safe receipt of your package. If you are unavailable to sign, you may need to coordinate pickup with the carrier
Customer FAQ
Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for:
- Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
- Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
Delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs processing are beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
While we cannot assume liability for carrier-related issues, we will assist you in navigating claims with the shipping provider and work toward a resolution.
However, if you experience any of these issues, please contact us first at loveprolevdeco@gmail.com so we can assist you asap at our business time Mon-Fri 9 AM–6 PM.
Since we handle all shipping claims, customers must cooperate with us throughout the claim process. We will work directly with the carrier to file a claim, and any refund or replacement is contingent on the carrier’s resolution. Failure to provide requested information (such as proof of loss or damage) may result in the inability to recover a refund.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed and processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details, including a tracking number and a link to view your shipment.
You can track your package by clicking the tracking number in the email or by entering it directly on the carrier’s website.
*** Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your order ships.
You are responsible for all shipping costs and fees. We will, at Your expense, either provide packing, handling, insurance and shipping services or coordinate with shipping agents instructed by You in order to facilitate such services for property purchased from Us. Any such instruction, whether or not made at Our recommendation, is entirely at Your risk and responsibility, and We will not be liable for acts or omissions of third-party packers or shippers.
