We understand that occasionally a piece may not be the perfect fit to you , the customer must be responsible for any purchase.
Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns at this time.Please ask questions before purchasing!
At LoveprelovedCo we stand behind the authenticity of every certified item we sell, with each item going through a multi-step authentication process.
All bags labeled and sold with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) issued by a third-party authentication provider are covered
Condition Grades
Factors Affecting Condition Grading
- Hardware:Scratching, peeling, or tarnishing on zippers, locks, and chains.
- Interior:Stains, dirt, or lining damage.
- Accessories:Inclusion of dust bags, tags, or authenticity cards, particularly for high-end brands.
- Corners/Edges:Scuffing or leather wear.
- Structure:Loss of shape, softening, or creasing of leather.
Why Condition Ratings Matter
- Price Differentiation:The same model can have vastly different prices—a "Good" bag may cost hundreds less than a "Pristine" one.
- Transparency:Detailed condition notes are provided to prevent surprises upon delivery.
- Investment/Giftability:"Pristine" items are preferred for collectors, while "Fair" is better for value-driven buyers.

If the customer provides proof after receiving your purchase within 3 days, that the COA is questionable from Entrupy
To initiate a claim, you must provide US written proof from Entrupy with a notary https://www.entrupy.com/contact-us/
- A written expert assessment from Entrupy
- Supporting documentation, including photographs, serial numbers, and condition details.
- Proof that the item matches the original “fingerprint” (photos, serials, condition) submitted at the time of our certification and that was purchased in the US!
If ENTRUPY review confirms that the item is both the original sold and deemed inauthentic, matches fingerprint upon >> email us – loveprelovedco@gmail.com (attached written proof with a notary from Entrupy), we will refund 100% of your original purchase price (excluding tax and shipping) to your original payment method
Cancellations
Because we process and ship orders quickly once payment is received, we do not accept cancellations once a purchase is placed. Once an order is confirmed, it immediately enters our fulfilment workflow, making it difficult to stop or reverse.
Cancellation is not guaranteed. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.
